Our Process

Upon receiving an offer of employment, all Health Care Connectors employees must attend a mandatory orientation. During our orientation program, we thoroughly review our mission and philosophy, along with our overall company policies, procedures, confidentiality agreements, and employee handbook. All employees are required to meet state and federal training mandates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 professional references from prior nursing home facilities, hospitals, home healthcare agencies, or private clients
  • Minimum of 2 personal references (i.e. colleagues, neighbors)
  • Complete an extensive background check administered by a third-party professional company
  • Must submit documentation of full physical and health examination
  • Must be in compliance with our drug and alcohol policy
  • Must be in compliance with HIPAA requirements to ensure a full and complete understanding of the privacy laws
