Speech Therapy

Concierge speech therapy is private pay, in-home speech therapy scheduled around your family’s calendar. There is no homebound requirement and no set certification period, so care continues for as long as it’s helping, at the client’s home or their assisted living community. Speech therapy addresses communication, swallowing, and the thinking skills behind daily conversation, memory, organization, and problem solving. Health Care Connectors provides concierge speech therapy throughout Fairfield County, including Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Westport, Norwalk, Wilton, Weston, Ridgefield, Fairfield, Trumbull, and Bridgeport.

What Happens During a Visit

Your speech-language pathologist begins with an evaluation of speech, language, voice, swallowing, and thinking skills, along with a review of your medical history and goals. From there, each visit combines guided practice and exercises, strategies to use in everyday conversation and at mealtimes, and education for family members or caregivers involved in daily support. Your plan is reviewed and adjusted at each visit as you progress.
