Medicare Part A

Cost: $0 for home health care services if you qualify and the services are provided by a Medicare-approved home health agency.
Includes: Part-time or intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech-language pathology services, continued occupational therapy, medical social services, part-time or intermittent home health aide services, and medical supplies related to your condition.

Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C)

Health Care Connectors accepts UnitedHealthcare and Humana. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan, the cost structure may differ, and you might have a copayment or coinsurance for home health services. Specific costs depend on your plan’s rules and whether the services are covered under your plan.
