After encountering the emotional and logistical challenges faced by his mother and father-in-law when they needed care, founder J.P. Muir gained firsthand insight into these complexities. He saw a need for something different and founded the company in 2017 to provide comprehensive care with a personal touch.
With a 25-year career in the banking industry, founder and CEO J.P. Muir recognized that achieving his vision for Home Care Connectors and effecting meaningful change would require his total commitment.… and that’s precisely what he did.
In August 2020, Home Care Connectors celebrated a significant milestone. We were honored to receive approval for medical care. This achievement led to the creation of our affiliate, Health Care Connectors, expanding our ability to further our mission of providing compassionate care and support.
After our medical care approval, we expanded our team to include registered nurses. In 2021, we were able to offer nursing care to our clients by adding full-time nurses to our staff.
With our team growing and our business expanding, another major milestone was upon us. In April 2022, we moved into a newer space to better serve the needs of our clients.
Our licensed affiliate, Health Care Connectors, received ACHC Accreditation and became Medicare-certified for nursing and therapy services. The following services are offered: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Health Aides.
Health Care Connectors expands its services to include Hospice Care, providing critical, wrap around support for families and their loved ones. These services include: Skilled nursing, alternative therapies, specialized equipment, and more.
