Very Grateful!
I want to share my sincere thanks for the outstanding job that Home Care Connectors has done for our family. Having just moved my mother and father (both in their mid-80’s) to an assisted living facility, we found ourselves in need of additional services. Home Care Connectors was right there, willing to step in with an hours’ notice. The owner of the company JP Muir and Heather Flaherty, RN, were at my parent’s apartment to perform an assessment in an hour; that is unreal customer service. Upon reviewing their needs, they selected Fleurise to provide them with home care assistance. Fleurise is a true professional and knows how to handle her elderly clients.
My father passed shortly after, and Home Care Connectors has been there, providing grief support, elderly aide, and shoulder to lean on for my mother. She could not have made it through if it weren’t for the love and compassion of the dedicated team at HCC. Likewise, my family was comforted knowing mom was in such good hands.
I can’t recommend Home Care Connectors (JP, Heather, and our favorite aide Fleurise) enough. From the smallest of matters to life-changing events that happened with our family, they stand prepared to assist in a friendly, gracious, and expeditious manner.
